Are silk duvet sets worth the money? Do you use silk bedding? Silk fabric is woven out of very strong and lasting fibers. Silk is soft to the touch and is a great natural, breathable fabric that will last for many washings and become softer in time. Silk fibers have duel qualities as they keep you warm when it is chilly and also wick away moisture from your body in the heat. I love silk and would purchase it anytime if given the choice. So, a silk duvet cover is well worth the money. I would, however, use cotton sheets with a high thread count.
